Recognized for quality management systems and process efficiency

Mumbai, India - 14 June, 2012: CMS Info Systems, a Blackstone portfolio company and one of India’s foremost diversified IT and outsourced business services provider today announced being awarded an ISO 9001:2008 certificate for its ATM/ Cash management division, CMS Securitas.

This makes CMS Info Systems the first Indian ATM/ Cash Management company to be recognized by ISO, the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards, for successful implementation and quality management systems.

CMS is also the first and only ATM/ Cash management service provider to develop and implement software applications which help automate the ATM and Currency management operation for banks.

Currently the market leader in the ATM/ Cash management space in India with 55% combined market share through its recent acquisition of APS Group’s Securitrans, CMS Info Systems manages 35,000 ATMs across the country.
