Mumbai, Sep 16: Mumbai’s leading IT association TAIT has planned to conduct its annual expo, Com-IT Expo.

Speaking with ‘Channel Times’, K R Chaube, president of the association said: “The expo is one of the flagship events of the association and we have the direct participation of Taiwan’s leading association. This year we are not just focusing on the end customers but we have strong focus on the enterprise segments. We are in touch with some of the leading trade associations and we are expecting to draw good customers experience at Com-IT expo.”

The expo will have dedicated space for start-ups, security solutions, mobility and local manufacturing. A separate arena for ‘Make-In-India’ is also in the pipeline.

Other plans:
Speaking on the other plans of the association, he said that the association is planning to hold a summit focusing on key system integrators which will discuss the latest trends and aspects of the system integration industry. “The leadership summit will have around 60 system integrators and will have serious dialogues on collaborations between vendors and the government and related agencies.”
