Chennai: ECaps Computers, a national distributor of security and networking products has recently conducted a training session for channel partners in Chennai on security trends in organizations.
During the meet, team ECaps discussed the various business product editions and threw light on the viruses, malware, trojan, and worm and how it has been attacking the machines, possibilities of attack and how it was damaging our resources and how to overcome such attacks. The sessions also had discussions around antivirus solutions and its features with its benefits. The trainers enlighted the participants on aspects including security centers, end-point security with a live-demonstration and hands-on labs about the hardware and software requirements needed in a live network.
Team E-Caps also discussed the current change the customers are facing in the day-to-day process and there were dialogues around the recent ransomware issues. The participants were given idea over the advanced level skill set like ‘Encryption’ and ‘System Management’. They were explained on the security aspects of various software vendors, their server policy and task management to the partners for smooth troubleshooting for customer satisfaction.
At the closing note, the partners discussed on the key case-studies and got clarified with the key aspects. K.Gunasegharan, Director, eCaps computers, said, “We believe in engaging with partner support team by continuously updating and training them on products and solutions we deal with. On those lines we have initiated the project-Secure hands, where we first had training session for our partners in Chennai on our security offerings , this being a continuous process we are planning it in southern cities and will be followed nationally.”
