Mumbai: ESET, a global internet security solution provider, recently organized a multi-city channel meet in Rajasthan in association with its national distributor Sakri IT Solutions and regional distributor Aadhar Infotech. The event was organized in Udaipur, Kota, Alwar, Bhilwada and Jodhpur. The objective of the multi-city road show was to showcase new solutions offerings and discuss the company’s go-to-market strategy with its partners.
At the event, ESET, announced the launch of ESET New Version 10 Product Portfolio and explained its features, pricing and positioning to partners. The company announced the SPISE Loyalty Program and various incentives such as foreign trips for qualifying partners. The company also talked about partners’ opportunities in the SMB and enterprise business.
Speaking exclusively to Channel Times, Mahesh Nawale, Marketing Manager of Sakri IT Solutions said that Rajasthan is one of the key and the fastest growing territory for ESET in India and the company is heavily focusing on strengthening its channel engagement in the region.
“We have started channel development and marketing activities, especially in the tier-2 and tier-3 cities to engage with consumer and corporate resellers. Our primary focus will be to work closely with our existing partner network of around 500 channel partners and reseller,” said Nawale.
“Our regional distributor Aadhar Infotech has a well-laid out plan to expand channel network by the end of this fiscal where the focus would be on B, C, and D-class cities in Rajasthan, which includes channel incentive program, reseller education program, get to gather and seminar, etc. Besides reaching to its desired growth figures FY2017-18, we are working towards increasing sales force to cater to the requirement of Rajasthan territory”, he added.
Talking about the channel expansion plans in the region, Nawale said, “ESET has a strong channel network with a healthy mix of regional consumer products distributor, enterprise and SMB business distributor and channel partner. We want to widen our partner base, engage with its existing channel base and continue to educate re-sellers on new trends in antivirus, SMB and enterprise security solutions. Our current plan is to further strengthen our partner base and increase our enterprise customer foot print in India.”
