HYSEA Collaborates With Telangana Govt To Double IT Exports

Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA) has collaborated with the Telangana government to achieve the goal of doubling IT exports from the present Rs 68,000 crore in next five years.

“HYSEA has been a key contributor to the government in formulating and enabling an ecosystem for the IT industry, since its inception 1991 and now we see a great opportunity for us to play a vital role in the ‘Digital India’ and ‘Startup India’ initiatives of Government of India, and in achieving the goal set by the government of Telangana to double IT exports within 5 years from current Rs 68,000 crore,” PTI report published in Economic Times quoted HYSEA President Ranga Pothula as saying.

HYSEA announced high powered five member executive team in a first ever MC meeting held in Hyderabad recently. Ranga Pothula unanimously elected new president for a period of two years term.

Pothula said that the executive team is a right mix of leaders from small, medium and large IT and ITeS organizations to help synergize and work towards transforming the industry in Hyderabad into an innovation driven IT hub. He said that HYSEA would continue to work with the industry leaders, SME’s, Start-up companies, and with the state government towards making Hyderabad, the technology and innovation capital, and most preferred destination for IT in India.

The executive team includes: Murali Bollu, CEO, ZenQ. and R Srinivas Rao (RSR), VP & Head of Manufacturing & Technology SBU, India & Middle East and Center Head ‘ Hyderabad both Vice President; Bharani K Aroll, Secretary, VP, India Operations & Global IT/BPO services, Butler America; Padmaja Chowdary, Treasurer, VP, International Finance, C3i Support Services, and Brig. K. Harikumar, Executive Director, HYSEA is an Ex-officio member of the executive committee.
