Infortrend has appointed KCIS India as its distributor for accruing onsite services for the former’s storage solutions in Northern and Eastern India.
Both the companies have now joined forces to offer a wider range of Storage and Server options in assigned territory, helping businesses to reduce downtime, and enhance the data availability.

With comprehensive skills and training provided by Infortrend, KCIS INDIA engineers can provide technical assistance via email/phone, and onsite diagnostic with short response times. Parts can be exchanged on site in situations like a hardware failure. Infortrend provides the spare parts and manufacturer support in case of escalations requiring in-depth technical analysis, the company said in a statement.
