Sudipto Ghosh will chart out new strategies for customer service

Bangalore, India: Lenovo India has appointed Sudipto Ghosh as Executive Director- Service and Support. Announcing this a news release said, the new ED will steer the Contact Center, Field Service, Service Business and Customer Delight functions for Lenovo India. Sudipto will develop the end-to-end customer service and support across the three business segments of consumer, relational and SMB.

Sudipto joins Lenovo with a wealth of experience in strategizing and managing the service operations for various companies. His area of expertise lies in setting up service provider networks, world-class contact centres, state-of-art repair centres, central support warehouses and all-in-one regional support warehouses.

On the appointment, Amar Babu, Managing Director, Lenovo India said “We are pleased to appoint Sudipto. He comes with a proven track record in leading the Service business. Prior to Lenovo, Sudipto has held senior roles such as Chief Customer Support Officer of Acer India, where he played a critical role in creating the company’s service infrastructure. His other successful stints have been with Compaq India, Pertech Computers Limited and Tata Steel.
