PNM Informatics partners with Accel Frontline Services

ARCHOS the French Tablet PC major has appointed PNM Informatics Pvt. Ltd. as its national partner for India and Sri Lanka.

PNM Informatics announced its end to end customer service operations to be managed by Accel Frontline Services Limited as its strategic national service partner in India for a range of products that PNM will introduce in the market.

“Customer delight and service excellence has always been a key component of our business philosophy. Warranty servicing of Tablet PC’s in Indian market is a key component of customer satisfaction. Better customer support is the key to build a brand in such a competitive environment and thus to achieve consumers’ confidence in the brand and for consumers convenience, we have a strategic tie up with Accel,” said Rajan Khattar, Country Head, PNM Informatics Pvt. Ltd.

As a part of this collaboration, Accel’s WMS Division will provide PAN India carry-in/walk-in warranty services and toll free tech helpdesk services for PNM’s products to offer prompt and simple redressal to both end customer and channel support needs.
