Shree Maat Computers Forays Into CRM Business

Mumbai: Mumbai based System Integrator Shree Maat Computers has tied up with CRM company Support Plus to offer CRM software to service industries. The company which is focused on AMCs and is total solution provider to end customers will pitch the solution to SIs and service centric businesses.

Shree Maat Computers deployed Support Plus CRM last year for better customer management. The company witnessed a huge reduction in cost and an increase in the productivity of customer management. Impressed with the results, the company has now decided to pitch Support Plus CRM in the market.

“We were looking for service centric CRM to add more functions and features with newer technology like web modules and mobile application etc. for our back office use. Finally we decide for Support Plus CRM which was very much focused on services and easy to implement. It was a year back that we signed up for the application and we instantly saw great results in terms of reduction in customer service cost,” Ajay Parekh, founder of Shree Maat Computers told Channel Times.

“We are very excited for this tie up and sure that this application can make business processes easy for any service industry to gain business by increasing customers satisfaction”, Parekh said.

Today, the market is flooded with number of CRM and ERP software to help businesses ensure business continuity. The traditional channel partners are also opening up to deploy technological solutions to enhance the productivity of their respective businesses. However, many resellers and SIs focused on services business cannot afford expensive CRM solutions and hence, they mostly rely on outdated software. Support Plus CRM offers features like contact management, call management RMA, AMC maintenance, renewal reminders, billing cycles at a cost effective price as compare to other CRM players.

Parekh said that at the initial stage, he will pitch the solution to SIs and IT associations in Mumbai. Later, the company will expand the reach in Maharashtra and Gujarat. He said that the company was in the process to create a separate page to give more information about the solution on its official website.

“We have suggested few industry centric changes in the Support Plus CRM. To start with we will pitch this product in Mumbai and later on we will spread in entire Maharashtra & Gujarat. Interested SIs can contact us to know more about the solution”, he said.
