Mumbai: Trend Micro, the IT security solutions provider, recently unveiled its latest strategic products and solutions and marketing & sales insights and expressed its desire to help its channel partners to grow big with their business sales. The occasion was the company’s Annual Channel Partner Day at Jodhpur, the celebrations of which went on for three days from October 13 to 15.
Mahendra Negi Chief Financial Officer of Trend Micro, reiterated that the company’s prime objective was to equip the channel partners and distributors with the necessary insights and information that they would require to help them make the right decisions for the year ahead.
“It would help them to understand why exactly Trend Micro is so well positioned to reap success and how they can leverage the same to their benefit. Additionally, they would be getting thorough insights around the threat landscape and how the company has been providing better and faster protection vis-à-vis competitors in order address the broader range of threats, rather than just providing an anti-malware,” he said.
“We also want to help our channel partners to sell better and grow their own businesses. We will be training them to quickly identify and qualify opportunities and convert them into quality sales,” Negi added.
The event showcased Trend Micro’s three solution areas related to its latest product developments and essential security technologies, which are specifically designed to keep customers safe, happy and make them come back for more.
Trend Micro launched solutions, such as, Hybrid Cloud Security which will ensure the security and compliance of any cloud strategy, including AWS, Microsoft and VMware; Network Defense, which will rapidly detect, analyze and respond to targeted attacks and advanced threats before they unleash lasting damage, and lastly User Protection, to secure all end users’ activity —any application, any device, anywhere.
