Unistal Systems, a data recovery/security company, has released 2011 version of Protegent product series, which includes three data security products. Protegent360- complete laptop security, Protegent PC- complete PC security and Protegent enterprise security are the new versions launched by the company. Unistal states that it will provide complete sales and support for these products.

“We are very proud to launch products that are ‘complete’ and more effective than anyone else in the market. The new avatar of Protegent is certainly going to give definite advantage over competition,” commented Alok Gupta, md, Unistal Systems.

According to Unistal Systems, Protegent360 provides a five-tier protection namely, laptop tracker with data encryption, antivirus solution with firewall, activity monitoring and reporting, port locker and data leakage prevention and data backup solution. Protegent PC is termed as a 4-tier Protection with has same abovementioned features excluding laptop tracking module. The Protegent enterprise security is a security solution for an enterprise, which IT Administrators to enhance their grip on the available resources and avert slightest possibility of data leakage.

Talking about the pricing of the products, Gupta informed that the products are affordable. “These products are for everyone. From a student to an office owner, it is going to fit everyone’s budget. We are also mulling over different packages and schemes.”

Moreover, Unistal has revamped its website to provide information on the Protegent products. People can download the demo versions of the new products from the website.
