Xerox India, an enterprise for business process and document management recently rolled out a reseller meet in Ahmedabad, which was attended by over 110 resellers and partners spanning the state of Gujarat, stated the company which also showcased its portfolio of solutions in A4 mono and color lasers targeted at SME’s and Enterprise businesses for Gujarat.
“Today Gujarat contributes over 15 percent of our volume equipment business and our endeavour is to activate and engage with our resellers and partners with a robust engagement plan,” informed Kuldeep Malhotra, associate director, volume and supplies business, Xerox India. Further commenting on the solutions portfolio he added, “We have a huge bouquet of products and solutions in A4 mono and color laser printers and MFPs that are aptly suited to meet the document management and printing needs of over 3 lakh SME’s in the state of Gujarat.”
As part of the activation program for resellers and channel partners in Gujarat, the company stated it will provide direct pre-sales/post-sales support to partners. With the partner engagement model, Xerox India will ensure that these partners are well trained and are equipped with collaterals to enable them to sell the products and services. The company will also look at co-branded marketing seminars and customer events to support the partners in these centers; and its partner loyalty program will ensure that they are rewarded on achieving their targets.
