Around 25 days back, when ChannelTimes broke the news of Rajesh Goenka’s (popularly known as RG in the channel community) return to Rashi Peripherals from Nvidia, resellers from different parts of the country expressed their cheers through comments on this site and emails to us.

Before joining Nvidia, Rajesh was with Rashi Peripherals for almost 6 years, and that was the prime time when he developed a strong relationship with the channel partners. So, his absence was always felt in the business deals with the distributor.

It goes without saying that now Rajesh will be instrumental in strengthening Rashi’s relationship with the channel partners, and in widening the business operation of the distributor. How is he going to reorganize Rashi’s distribution system? In a few words he just explained, “In the best way in the industry, making it most efficient, Lean and Mean.”

As the Rashi-man has got experience of working in Middle East and Africa during his tenure as Head of Marketing, India & Middle East, Nvidia, naturally, it occurs to the community whether Rashi is planning to spread its distribution wings beyond the Indian boundary! However, right now nothing of that sort is in card. Rajesh informed, “Rashi Peripherals will remain focused in India.”

How will this channel’s favourite man further strengthen Rashi’s relationship with channel partners? Rajesh said, “By providing more value to Partners by giving them more opportunities to improve their business and profitability.”

While asked, what will be Rashi’s take in the events of any misunderstandings with the channel partners? The Vice President Sales and Marketing, Rashi, made it clear, “At Rashi, the fundamental philosophy is a win-win situation for all, and in this process sometimes misunderstandings are developed. But we will take those very positively, sit across, understand the gap and resolve it immediately.”

It goes without saying that channel partners, who are involved in business deals with Rashi Peripherals, have a great expectation from RG, as far as their business interests are concerned with the distributor. Let us wait and watch how amicably he chalks out his marketing strategy to build ‘a win-win situation’, in its true sense.
