Kochi, Sep 9: City-based Pooja Tech, a firm focused wholly on the distribution of consumer/SMB software, accessories and peripherals, has ventured into the distribution of laptops as part of their expansion drive.
“The industry is drastically changing and we need to change ourselves. We have planned to become the only player in Kerala to distribute all the IT products from small accessories to Laptop and CCTVs too. We had inaugurated new physical office in Kochi,” said Ram Agarwal, CEO, Pooja Tech.
Asked whether the need to switch from traditional consumer software into laptops, he said that the consumer purchase attitude is still the conventional way and it takes 10 years to change completely. Ram also said that the company is planning to focus on a system integration approach.
“Considering the amount of returns in the SI business, we have plans to focus on the business with special focus on network security and CCTV products distribution and installations,” he said.
