Perpetuuiti TechnoSoft today announced the appointment of Ramesh Menon as General Manager- Operations and CRM with immediate effect. In this role, he will be responsible for the overall operations of the company, which would include allocating resources, and aligning business processes & systems to meet corporate objectives. He will be the principal liaison and point of contact between the management and all other departments of the company. He will also act as an advocate of good governance and legal compliance.

Ramesh Menon brings more than 25 years of experience with a strong track record in the IT and Telecom industries. His rich industry experience in the functional areas of sales, service delivery, operations and project management make him a natural fit for the current role and responsibilities. Additionally, he has strong competence in business operations, technology sales, marketing, vendor and project management and has handled large multi-location teams for program management and service delivery.
